Does anyone have any info about gluten free places to eat or hotels/B&B's the cater to people with celiac disease? I plan to visit from the states this summer. Thank you.

There are quite a few restaurants around Dublin that will and do cater for people with coeliac disease. Go to www.coeliac.ie (the web-site of The Coeliac Society of Ireland) - they also have webboards - and I'm sure you'll get the help you need.

If you are every going through Gorey, a bakery called Partridges is fantastic they make breads for their coffee shop and bakery. Well worth a visit if you are passing.
