disability friendly accomodation

I would like to bring a disabled friend to a hotel or guest house in the Galway/Connemara area.

She needs a walk in shower and the room needs to be twin not double. It would also be beneficial if there were no steep steps or hills unless we can drive up to the door. Suggestions welcome please.
