We booked a "two week for the price of one" offer, receiving confirmation that the ownwer had agreed. Two months later the agent now state there is no evidence the owners agreed (claim the caretaker was consulted) and the second week must be paid for. Offer of another location or refund made. Both unacceptable. We have reluctantly agreed to pay half price for the second week, to secure our travel/insurance costs and the holiday (mid June). Intend to appeal after the holiday and wondered if we have this right or whether your Board or related affiliations do provide guidance on such matters
