Dublin to Waterford

We would like to take a day trip to waterford and than back to Dublin. (july 23rd) 
Is there an organized tour? If there isn't a tour how long to get there by train or bus?

Will be in Dublin from 3-25 to 3-30-2010. Would like to take a day trip to Waterford from Dublin. Is there on available during this time?

would like to take a day trip to waterford by train or bus for five people if you could give me some information on that I would appreciate it and also the cost.
