We will travel from the Dingle Peninsula to Dublin Airport via Limerick. Please advise routing and driving distance and time involved /Dingle to Limerick/Limerick to Dublin Airport.

The distance from Dingle to Dublin Airport is 352 km (220 miles) and takes 5 - 6 hours.  
 
From Dingle go to Tralee. Then the N21, and N69 to Limerick City.  
 
Then take the N7 to Dublin via: Nenagh, Roscrea, Portlaoise (By Pass), Monasterevin, Kildare, Rathcoole, Then Dublin. From there take the M50 north East to the M1 going North and take a right into the Airport.

Shannon Airport to Kinsale... will take 2.5 hours and is approx 85 miles. You need to travel via Limerick city so avoid rush hour between 5-6:30 each evening, otherwise add another hour to journey length. 
Kinsale to Killarney.... you will need to drive back towards Cork city first and then on to Killarney... it will take approx 2 hours depending on traffic, roads are poor in places. 
Killarney to Ballybunion will take an hour. 
Ballybunion to Lahinch... depends on if you take the ferry crossing over the Shannon river 2 hours if you do, 2.5 hours if you don't. 
Lahinch to Shannon airport is approx 40 miles and will take an hour, roads poor in places.

I just found a neat site for determining distances. I used "google" and typed in "driving distances in Ireland" and it popped up a calculator to determine miles or km.

I am coming to Ireland in the summer and trying to decide whether to fly to dublin from new york and then out of dublin or return from Shannon..we plan to go to Kerry but will stay in dublin as well..should I fly into shannon, visit Kerry then drive to dublin and fly out of dublin or drive back to shannon?

How far is it from Kerry Airport to Listoonvarna? There are 3 of us travelling from London to Listoonvarna and thinking about getting a taxi from the Kerry airport to Listoon, as the flight from Heathrow to Shannon are very expensive. What would you advise? We're also looking for accomadation for 3 people for one room or whatever is available in Listoon for Friday 22 Sept to 25th. Thank you.

Hello,  
we will be landing in Dublin Airport on July 10th and renting a car to drive from Dublin to Galway and then Galway to Dingle and from Dingle to Cork and Cork back to Dublin over 7 days total.  
Can you please tell me the driving distance to each place so that we can plan accordingly. Also, what do you think the gas prices would be to fill up on a small impact automatic car?
