Fishing Boats can be hired at Finnea, a picturesque little village which belies its troubled history. It was here that the brave Myles Slasher O'Reilly and his band of a hundred men fended off a thousand of Cromwell's soldiers at the bridge! On route is some of the country's most scenic landscape complemented by views of Lough Sheelin where you can stop to fish trout.
