Open to both walk in guests and hotel residents, the resort is situated in the Delphi Valley surrounded by truly beautiful scenery. The 814 Restaurant overlooks the Mweelrea Mountains and offers beautiful backdrop views. Mweelrea, Connacht's highest mountain, stands at 814 metres and is the focal point of the panoramic views and where the restaurant gets its name from.
The food offering is overseen by Head Chef, Daniel Willimont. All ingredients are all sourced from locally based farmers, fishermen and suppliers where possible, including Connemara lamb and fish from Killary Fjord. The menu changes regularly to adapt to the season and there are plenty of choices for children. The restaurant has a seasonal á la carte menu with a range of meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian options; plus a daily 3 course menu for €34.50pps. All dietary requirements are catered for and there is an extensive wine and drinks menu with a selection to complement particular dishes and tastes. The 814 Bar also offers a full evening menu for more casual dining.

The 814 Restaurant is the hotel restaurant at Delphi Resort, Connemara. The resort has a 4* hotel, outdoor adventure centre, luxury spa, hostel and café onsite. The 300 acre site also has a number of self-guided forest trails that you can explore before or after you eat! It is situated 10 minutes from Leenane on the road towards Louisburgh, 30 minutes from Westport and 80 minutes from Galway.
