The magnificent Victorian period dining room at Ballinkeele, with its rich red décor, radiates a country house grandeur of bygone years. Guests enjoy their evening meal in a timeless candlelit atmosphere, as they dine together around the family's original large mahogany table.
Each morning guests are served a full and hearty breakfast that will set them up for the day and every evening guests are offered a 3 course set menu prepared by Val and Laura.
Ballinkeele promotes the use of naturally produced ingredients by using locally sourced meat and fish, accompanied where possible, with fresh fruit and vegetables from the house garden.
