Ballyhoura Cottage
Ballyhoura Cottage was originally a farm house. It occupants then were reputedly 'in service' at nearby Oliver's Castle. It has been sensitively refurbished to ensure its traditional Irish Cottage image has been preserved. A large sunroom has been tastefully added to the rear of the premises which provides an ideal breakfast room. If it is peace and tranquillity you seek, along with accessibility to the more popular areas in the surrounding region such as Cork, Limerick and Killarney, then this is the place for you. There is also easy access to golf courses, shops and the area is renowned for wonderful country and wooded walks. The nearest pubs are no more than two miles away. The only noise you will hear will be the wildlife and farm animals, you are also totally cut off from traffic with only the occasional neighbour's vehicle passing by. Ballyhoura Cottage provides the best of both worlds. | |||||||||
