Ballyhoura Mountain, in the heart of the Golden Vale region of Limerick and Cork, is a natural woodland park of rugged mountains, grouse moor and peat bog, with an abundance of wild berries, flowers, plants and trees. Throughout the area there are waymarked trails, nature walks, bird watching, orienteering and fitness courses.
