A hard hitting narrative of Turmoil, division and protest, but also looking at community spirit, cohesion and resourcefulness . A magnificent chance for those who are not afraid to delve deeper and directly question some of those involved in what became known as the 'Troubles'.
The tour begins on the Catholic Falls Rd, your guide will give an overview before setting off on a journey through time, using local murals and buildings to enhance your understanding of a very complex story, while also weaving personal stories into the fabric of history.
Midway through your journey you will be passed over to the Protestant guide, at a gateway that physically divides 2 communities, here you will hear more remarkable, yet first hand accounts, before signing the Famous Belfast Peace wall.
