Birchwood is a delightful B&B nestled in the countryside of Kells in County Meath. It can be found on the N52, the Kells to Mullingar Road.

This modern farmhouse commands breathtaking views of the countryside. It has four guestrooms, including two double rooms and two rooms with a double and single bed. All rooms have their own ensuite with in room facilities like a hairdryer and a TV.

Birchwood B&B has a great location for exploring all that County Meath has to offer. When you stay here you, are a short drive from some major historical attractions like Newgrange Passage Tombs, Loughcrew Cairns, the High Crosses of Kells and the Round Tower of Kells. The town of Kells is just 1km from the B&B and has excellent restaurants, pubs and shops. Outdoor activities for you to enjoy while here include fishing, golfing, hill walking and horse riding. Birchwood has a great base for exploring the Boyne Valley and it's just a one hour drive from Dublin Airport.

Directions

Take N3 from Dublin through Navan & onto Kells. Pass the hotel, take left fork, next left after hill, go right @ ESSO stat. Hse is 1ml on left of N52.
