Bunbeg House is located in the village of Bunbeg, County Donegal. This house was originally a corn mill way back the mid 19th Century. It has been a guesthouse since the 1970's and has enjoyed many renovations since then to its current modern and comfortable form.
The rooms are all en suite and come with a TV and a tea/coffee making facility. There are 4 family rooms in the house as well as 7 doubles and 3 twins. If you're travelling with a toddler or infant there's a cot available and if you want to head out there is also a babysitting service. The guesthouse has its own bar and restaurant. The restaurant has an a la carte menu and also has a children's menu. The house has its own private garden available for guest use and there is also plenty of private car parking so you don't have to worry about your car being on the street.
Bunbeg House is located on the north-west coast of Ireland. It's not far from the famous Errigal Mountain; this unusual mountain is worth checking out. There's loads more to do in the area, including hill walking, sailing, angling off the harbour, horse riding, and boat trips to the nearby islands. If you want to hit a few golf balls then perhaps a trip to the Derrybeg 18-hole golf course is warranted. The whole Gweedore area is a Gaeltacht, so Irish is spoken here as a matter of course so maybe you could learn a few words (a cúpla fócail), the proprietors of Bunbeg House will be more than happy to help out.
