After extensive traveling to the interiors of Old Mexico, and experiencing the genuine hospitality and delectable cuisine of the Mexican people, the concept of Cactus Jacks was born. Cactus Jacks first opened its doors in Galway 5 years ago, since then it has grown from strength to strength. This success led to the opening of the Dublin Cactus Jacks in Dec 05.
