Our family owned restaurant offers the finest Indian cuisine. We use the traditional methods such as the tandoor which is to marinade meat in spices and then cooked to perfection.
Whilst Nan, Pratha and Roti are placed into the tandoor oven to bake within minutes. Served with one of our house dips or butters these accompaniments are almost a meal in themselves.
At Gingeroot we don't use commercial curry powders, additives, colourings, or sugar we use authentic spice combinations to produce only the very finest in taste and quality of a variety of chicken, prawn, lamb and vegetarian dishes in Belfast.
