Lee Valley is a Championship 18 hole course designed by Ryder Cup star Christy O’Connor Jnr. It is a course that can be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities. You will find water comes into play on several holes, and the rumours you may have heard about our fast and superb greens are absolutely true! And just as a little added extra, the views you get from the course across the Valley are truly spectacular.

The course is a unique design as although it is a parkland course it can demand the skill of that of a links course due to changing wind conditions. The course affords the higher handicapper an enjoyable days golf while offering a stern test to any of you wanting to break par. Bogies are easy, pars and birdies are much more difficult.

The restaurant and bar have a well-deserved reputation for producing superb food and offering excellent service, with an extensive bar menu in operation daily.

Lee Valley's 4-Star Deluxe Holiday Homes will be ready for occupancy in January 2007.

Directions

With the completion of the south link road (N22) bypassing Ballincollig, Lee Valley Golf & Country Club is one of the most accessible golf courses in the south. For any golfer visiting Cork we are ideally situated as we are only fifteen minutes from Cork City, fifteen minutes from the Airport and twenty minutes from the ferry terminal. From Cork City: Take the Killarney road (N22). There is a signposted right turn roughly 10km out which leads directly to the course. As we are situated to the west of the City just off the Cork to Killarney highway, we are the perfect stop for anyone travelling to or from the south west.
