Leinster Lodge is a outstanding historic self catering accommodation located in Athy, County Kildare. This 3 star holiday home is unique in that it was a former hunting lodge, which belonged to the Duke of Leinster. Your accommodation is also attached to a 250 year old Georgian house and is situated on a farm.
This wonderful building, which is steeped in history is comfortable and homely and can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor it has a twin bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a drawing room, a sun hall and a bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with shower on the first floor along with three twin rooms.
Leinster Lodge is the perfect location for a truly memorable holiday. It is conveniently located only one hour from Dublin, two hours from Rosslare and half an hour from picturesque Wicklow. This beautiful area has lots for you to see and do such as exploring Kilkea Castle, The Round Tower, Church of Castledermot and much more.
Directions
Go from Athy on the R418 to Castledermot. From here drive 2km and take the road on the right. You will see the premise is signposted.
