The Restaurant at Liss Ard combines the culinary ingenuity and skill of our kitchen team, as well as a warm, welcoming & professional service. Our head chef Christian Barcoe has worked in West Cork for many years before traveling and working in New Zealand and Australia. Our new Sous Chef Pamela Kelleher worked with the 5 star Brennan brother's Park Hotel in Kenmare and also trained with award winning Chef and Master Chocolatier Benoit Lorge.
