Offering a wonderful daily changing 5 course "Tasting Menu" utilising local small independent farmers who provide produce that is from the west coast of Ireland, the most fertile land and sea in the country. The menu is designed to provide both pleasure and nourishment. Simple cuisine refined and executed with contemporary technique and sincerely changing as the seasons do. Our Chef produces everything on site, from sourdough bread to cooking fresh west coast crab for incredible taste and flavor. Our Chef...Matthew Strefford offers a wonderful 6 course 'Tasting Menu' which changes daily inspired by our own home grown produce from the gardens of Moy House and neighbouring farms. Matthew produces everything on site, from homemade bread to ice-cream, and cooks only the freshest Atlantic seafood from Doonbeg.
