Nestling on the shores of Carlingford Loch between Slieve Foy and the Mourne Mountains lies the picturesque town of Carlingford. And here on 9 Dundalk Street you'll find Murphy's B&B.

It has three guest bedrooms, all of which have a hospitality tray, internet access and a TV. Each room is decorated in the traditional Irish cottage style which gives a warm cosy atmosphere. Breakfast is included in the price and consists of fresh fruit juices, cereals, yoghurts and homemade breads. In addition you can enjoy a full Irish fry with handmade sausages and dry cured bacon, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs as well as some delicious buttermilk pancakes. The historic town of Carlingford and its surrounding area has plenty to attract the visitor. Carlingford Activity Centre is a great spot for a day out and offers both land and water based activities. If you like hill walking why not take in the stunning views from the Cooley Mountains &emdash; often said to be the best in the North East!
