Owenbeg Lodge is a spacious 3 star self catering holiday home located in the village of Coolaney just 12 miles from Sligo town in County Sligo.
The daringly modern dormer bungalow consists of three bedrooms, some of which are en suite. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is very comfortable. The beautiful stonework at the front of the property is in keeping with the natural style and design of the interior of the home. The kid friendly property is situated in the heart of the Ox Mountain area and has some spectacular views of the surrounding area from its spacious garden. The property also caters for large groups and parking is plentiful.
Owenbeg Lodge is in a great location for touring the Sligo countryside. Why not take a boat trip just 4 miles off the coast to Inishmurray? As well as having some fantastic scenery on the island, you can visit the interesting Inishmurray Monastery &emdash; an intact early Christian sanctuary. Throughout your stay, you should go as far as Sligo town, where you can enjoy some well deserved retail therapy. The county has so much to offer - from beautiful scenic drives to pristine golf courses as well as the enchanting and renowned Glencar Waterfall. A holiday here would definitely be a memorable one.
Directions
Depending on where you are coming from, you can travel on the N4 to Coolaney or on the N17 until you reach Coolaney. Otherwise you can continue on the N59 to Coolaney.
