Prospect B&B occupies a superb lakeside setting beside the beautiful Brackley Lake Cuilcagh Mountain Geo Park. It's just about 9km from Ballyconnell in County Cavan. This homely B&B provides the perfect base for touring the north west of Ireland or it also provides to perfect accommodation as a stopover if travelling between the cities of Dublin and Sligo. It's also well placed for a stopover if travelling between Dublin and Donegal.

All guestrooms at Prospect Bay are ensuite and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a TV/DVD. In the morning, guests can enjoy a tasty homecooked breakfast which provides a great start to the day.

There is so much to do and see when you stay at Prospect Bay B&B. The property stands on 30 acres of gardens and has its own access to the lake and woods. There is also a fishing jetty, boats and opportunities for cycling and walking. Guests can also head to nearby Slieve Russell Golf Course or take a short trip to see the famous Marble Arch Caves in Fermanagh.

Prospect B&B has received numerous awards such as the County Winner Irish Welcome Awards in 2006 and it has also been awarded the AA 4 Diamonds. This B&B was also the first in Ireland to be awarded the EU Eco-Label.

From Ballyconnell follow N87 for Sligo/Swanlinbar. Go straight through Bawnboy. continue to Brackley Lake Amenity Beach. Take next left.
