This exclusive old mill house offers luxury 4 star self catering accommodation in the pretty rural village of Bruree in County Limerick. This is a unique and special place to stay as its an architect designed conversion of what used to be an old mill house and is situated next to a large cut stone mill with a magnificent nine metre waterwheel.

This holiday home has been renovated to excellent modern standards while managing to retain great rural charm. It has three bedrooms, which can accommodate up to six people in two single beds and two double beds. There is a master bedroom en suite, a hand basin in all bedrooms and a main bathroom with shower. The living room is cosy, the kitchen is well equipped and all main rooms of the house have beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

The Old Mill is surrounded by lots to do and see. When you stay here you can enjoy golf (10km), angling (on site) and walking the beautiful wooded trails of the nearby forest park. Bruree is famous as the home of Eamonn De Valera, former president of Ireland and today there is a museum in the village dedicated to him and his connections with Bruree. Other attractions for you to visit when you holiday in Limerick include Lough Gur, Foynes Flying Boat Museum and The Celtic Theme Park just to name a few.

Directions

The Old Mill is located at the bottom of the village of Bruree, one mile of the main Cork to Limerick road.
