Yeats County Hotel is a comfortable and relaxing family run hotel located between Charlestown and Tubercurry on the N17 in County Sligo. Much of the furniture and furnishings at the hotel dates back to the 18th Century. It's the perfect spot to unwind and you're guaranteed a warm welcome here.
All the bedrooms are well equipped and have their own private en suite. Each has a hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, a TV with satellite channels, a trouser press and a direct dial telephone. For a bite to eat there's the hotel restaurant which serves a la carte and table 'hote menus and there's also the hotel bar. Here bar food is served daily (the Yeat's style seafood chowder and the Clew Bay mussels are well worth sampling) and it's perfect for a relaxing drink in the evenings in front of the log fire. Breakfast is served from 8am to 12 noon daily.
This is a fantastic base for checking out the breathtaking sights of the west/north west of Ireland. There are some top class golfing and angling facilities in the local area so its perfect for a fishing or golfing holiday. Or you can relax and take it easy and check out the spectacular local scenery that Yeats admired so much.
