Clockwork Apple Presents: The Gandhis & Verona RiotsDescribed as the “ones to watch as the year progresses… they could just be the tonic for the times” (Hotpress) Clockwork Apple is very excited The Gandhis are bringing their sense of mischief, fun and frolics to the stage this November! After the release of debut single “Zaza” and subsequent signing to 1969 Records in early 2008, Dublin pop maestros The Gandhis have had an incredible 18 months – initially seeing them hone their skills with support slots to acts such as Fight Like Apes, Republic of Loose and Ham Sandwich before taking to the fore with the release of their debut album “You Are My Friend” in October 2009. In an effort to spoil us even more, Verona Riots will be launching their new EP “This Sunken Romance” as well (which is currently streaming through myspace).
