Benito’s has successfully traded for 10 years in Dalkey. It’s owners, Camillo and Jackie Borza, both come from a food and beverage background from their respective family businesses. Their business is constantly evolving and improving.
Their pizzas have always been prepared in-house by expert pizza chefs and toppings like chicken and ham are slow-cooked overnight to produce a high quality pizza.
In 2013 Benito’s started to produce its own pasta and these homemade pastas have proved a hit from the very start. Dishes such as the Ravioli Fiorentina and Tagliatelle with Hick’s sausage meat ragú are setting Benito’s apart from its competition and giving the restaurant a strong identity.
Benito’s prides itself on its friendly reputation and appeals to families and couples alike. It’s not unusual to see families in the restaurant at six o’clock and couples in for the second sitting, enjoying the live music by resident musician Seán Whelan (ex-Cafe Orchestra).
For those nights that you prefer to stay in, Benito’s has a separate takeaway section and offers a delivery service.
