f you are not familiar with Lebanese cuisine then the menu is worth taking time over. There is a tempting selection of starters including hommous served with bread; baba ganouje (puree of roasted aubergine with tahini, lemon juice and a touch of garlic); fatoush; warak ariche (vine leaves); chicken tawouk (chargrilled chicken marinated in spices and mushrooms); halloumi (a type of cheese) and cherry tomatoes. There is also a vegetarian selection which includes vegetable kebab and falafel (spiced chick pea balls).
