True to it’s name, the much loved Chameleon Restaurant has undergone somewhat of a change, introducing a new Asian Tapas menu in the restaurant’s new ground floor Spice Bar.
The new Spice Bar Menu features a tempting selection of some of the Chameleon’s renowned dishes; delicious crispy squid, two-day marinated pork, beef ‘rendang’, beef in spiced coconut milk and ‘perkedel’, potato and chickpea cake with aubergine mayonnaise, along with some new additions, including; soft shell crab on slices of marinated red grapefruit and a Balinese yellow curry.
Perfect for diners who want a quick bite, the Spice Bar Menu also features a great selection of Craft Beers and over 40 wines to choose from.
The Chameleon Restaurant’s upstairs Opium and Bali rooms will continue to serve the much loved Rijst-tafel menus, a selection of six different menus featuring the best of Indonesian contemporary cuisine, for a more leisurely feast.
