Et Voila French Bistro & Restaurant is owned and run by Gilles la Forge, one of the area’s best known Chef’s. Gilles has been living in Ireland for more than a decade and has an excellent reputation in the area for his skills.
Gilles has gained a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the Irish palate and has plenty of experience delivering quality food at affordable prices to diners in the south east area.
Having spent time working in fine eateries such as La Stampa and the Redbank, Gilles has put his special touch to traditional French Cuisine and Irish Favourites with great imagination and technique.
The Restaurant is a new premises and is modern and contemporary in style but homely and inviting to all. Designed by a well known local designer, the mood is relaxing, comfortable & atmospheric.
Food is sourced locally where possible and freshness is a must. Seafood caught off the South East Coast is delivered daily and the majority of vegetables are locally grown.
Menus are designed for convenience with affordability in mind. Dinner and lunch is served daily (except Monday) and we can cater for large crowds and special occasions. A La Carte and D’Hote menus are available with an excellent wine cellar sourced from the smaller French vineyards.
