Hugo’s Restaurant at the Ardboyne Hotel in Navan is a fabulous dining experience that is already proving very popular with those who like fine-dining with a great ambience and a colourful, diverse choice of menu. Hugo’s, which is named after the late owner, John Cusack’s first grandson, reopened at this extremely popular landmark
hotel and boasts a mouth-watering menu created by a very talented team of chefs from the very best of locally sourced fresh ingredients. It is a beautiful restaurant, tastefully decorated in creams, pale gold and black, which is bright and sunny at lunchtime, but is cosy and intimate with low lighting and candlelit tables in the evenings.
Hugo’s is open on Friday and Saturday nights from 5pm and on Sunday nights from 6pm and every day for carvery lunch.
