There at KC’s they are not just passionate about the food they produce, they also care deeply about the environment. 95% of their packaging is recyclable or compostable. They use Down To Earth products such as forks and drinking straws made from starch which biodegrade within 180 days.
They also try to use local suppliers and producers as much as possible. Their chicken is Irish, supplied by Sheehan’s farm just up the hill from them. Their beef is locally farm reared, supplied by Bresnan’s Butchers. The fish they use is caught in Irish waters and usually landed at Crosshaven or Castletownbere. Their bread is baked daily by Hassett’s Bakery in Carrigaline.
They make their own sauces and blend their own spices.
