Over the years Kelly’s Resort Hotel has built up a strong relationship with local Wexford suppliers and in recent times have worked with a large range of artisan producers, thus enabling us to source most of our produce locally with a wonderful selection of farmhouse cheeses, vegetables, lamb, beef, smoked meats and seafood from Kilmore Quay, all of which are prepared or butchered in-house.
