The Smoked BBQ Project began with their love for slow cooked, smoked food: delicate and packed with flavour. Their Pitt Master has developed a blend of unique dry rubs, mops and marinades. Using the best of Irish produce, they smoke meats for up to 14 hours in their custom built American Smokers, over a combination of hickory, beechwood and applewood.
