Pizza Dozzina at The Twelve, while all about the pizza, is also showcasing the finest salumi,including artisan salami, mortadella and bresaola, along with excellent cheeses, olive oils, fresh tomatoes and vegetables, all of which customers can buy to take home, as well as choosing as pizza toppings. With dried meats and cold cuts hanging from the ceilings and a proper traditional Berkel slicerfor precision slicing, Pizza Dozzina will soon be the go-to venue too for anyone looking for genuine, delicious ingredients for the finest Italian (and Irish) antipasti platters. Pizza Dozzina at The Twelve is also the first Irish pizza kitchen to be associated with l’Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the official association of Napoli’s pizza makers.
