Does anyone have any info about gluten free places to eat or hotels/B&B’s the cater to people with celiac disease? I plan to visit from the states this summer. Thank you.

There are quite a few restaurants around Dublin that will and do cater for people with coeliac disease. Go to http://www.coeliac.ie (the web-site of The Coeliac Society of Ireland) – they also have webboards – and I’m sure you’ll get the help you need.

We run a bed and breakfast in Clarinbridge,Co Galway.
Both I and my daughter are coeliac and we have gluten free options for Coeliacs for breakfast.

Usesful info,but am dairy free and vegi!!1 Can eat goats cheese.
Visitig Dublin 25th to 29th march 2010. would love to walk in a restaurant and choose off the menu like other people instead of being asked, what can I make for you!!!

Hi,
If you are every going through Gorey, a bakery called Partridges is fantastic they make breads for their coffee shop and bakery. Well worth a visit if you are passing.

I have a gluten and wheat free stall at Listowel Farmers Market every Friday Tralee town Square every Thursday and Charlevile Farmers Market every Sat. with breads, cakes, muffins, scones and quiche

Cafe Lemonade in Kinsealy Garden centre on the Malahide Rd. in Dublin do a good range of homemade gluten free food. All of the food is freshly made on the premises and provides gluten free Quiche, Cottage pie, Delicious Vegetable Soup, a great range of fresh Salads and their famous Pavlova. Galway 3 star Bed and Breakfast,who look after guests with coeliac condition.
The lady is coeliac herself and knows all about glutenfree foods,an excellent place to stay
