all buses in dublin are kneeling type, pavements allow passing for disabled, so transport shouldnt be a big problem. have fun

Depending where in Ireland you are going it’s not great, have a friend with ms that is struggling in Dublin with most streets. Don’t expect it to be easy but people are really helpful!!
