  • About Old Conna Golf Club

Designed by Eddie Hackett, Old Conna is a testing, 18 hole, parkland course with panoramic views of the Irish Sea and Wicklow Mountains.

Set in wooded terrain, strategically placed hazards and mature trees ensure a challenging round for even the most accomplished golfer. This attractive layout should become one of the regions premier inland courses in the not too distant future.

The Old Conna Estate enjoys some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland and thanks to our predecessors foresight possesses a most wonderful variety of trees and shrubs imported from around the world. We have no knowledge where the “Old’ comes from but the word “Conna” is from the Old Irish, meaning a place to gather firewood – brushwood.

    Directions

From Dublin Airport: Take the M1 then follow M50 Southbound. Proceed to end of M50 and take the Bray exit (Exit 17). At the roundabout take the second exit (to Bray) and at the first set of traffic lights turn Right. Follow this road for about 1 mile and the entrance to the golf club is on the left.
